The LXMB65 Modular ALS Bag is thoughtfully designed with EMS professionals in mind. Its size and layout offer an ideal balance of capacity and accessibility. Made from heavy-duty, water-resistant nylon, this trauma bag is built to handle the demands of emergency response.

A zippered side compartment provides fast access to a “D” sized oxygen cylinder with regulator—no need to remove the tank to begin oxygen therapy. The main compartment features color-coded, removable pouches and elastic loops for organizing tools, supplies, and medications. The padded top includes internal storage, while the end pockets offer additional space for critical gear.

Reinforced with a rugged bottom panel to resist abrasion, the bag also includes triple-trim reflective striping and a reflective embroidered Star of Life for visibility in low light. With heavy-duty zippers, a padded shoulder strap, and a quick-grab handle, the MB65 is ready for the field.

Because this bag is padded on all sides, it's not possible to embroider

What exactly is the difference between these two bags listed: "LXMB65-SKD" and the "LKMB50-SKD" ? There is a decent price difference, but I am having a problem trying to figure out why the extra $70 is worth it between these two bags? I was hoping you could explain? I am aiming for this bag LKMB50-SKD, however I cannot for the life of me find a description anywhere on what the main difference between the "LXMB65-SKD" – Trauma Bag & the "LKMB50-SKD" – Trauma Bag are? So what exactly is the $70 difference between these two Trauma Bags? Looking forward to your earliest response.

The difference between the two kits is $50. The supplies are identical, the difference is the upgraded bag and the removable colored pouches and the cost of shipping due to the larger bag.

This bag is fantastic. Being in a rural area, sometimes the ambulance is already on a call. Everything to get the patient preped for the incoming rig. Had to add some things that fit my needs and local protocol, but this bag gets moved to every vehicle I’m driving. I don t leave home without it!

The bag is good quality and I like it, but it’s not quite big enough for the full kit that came with it (Due to the fact that most people would want to add more), also a couple small things missing. Id add the option of choosing a CAT or RAT TQ, and it came with oral glucose but not a glucometer, id also add a bit more tape and box of gloves. However overall this kit was pretty good, but I had to send the bag itsself back to get a slightly larger one

I love the bag, and the contents! I was very pleased with the quality of the bag. The material and zippers are very good quality. The contents were pretty much everything that a basic EMT or individual would need. There is only one suggestion, and that is since you include the glucagon, you should also include a glucometer.
