The Lightning X Universal Roll Splint is a lightweight, versatile immobilization solution designed for rapid response in emergency, medical, and field environments. Built with an ultra-thin aluminum core sandwiched between two layers of closed-cell foam, this splint delivers strong, dependable support while remaining easy to shape and comfortable for the patient. Its high-visibility fluorescent yellow color improves on-scene recognition, helping responders quickly locate and deploy the splint in low-light or high-stress situations.

This roll splint is highly adaptable for a wide range of injuries, including arms, wrists, legs, ankles, and joints. It can be quickly unrolled, molded to the injured extremity, and secured using self-adherent wrap, gauze, or a triangular bandage. For custom applications, the splint can be trimmed to length using trauma shears or standard scissors. Once applied, it does not need to be removed for X-rays, making it ideal for EMS, urgent care, athletic training, and emergency departments.

Despite offering a full 4.5″ x 36″ working size when unrolled, the splint rolls into a compact 4.5″ x 6″ x 1″ package and weighs only 5 ounces.
