The Lightning X Universal Roll Splint Kit PRO is a professional-grade fracture immobilization system designed for EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, first responders, athletic trainers, wilderness rescue teams, and first aid providers. This comprehensive kit includes six foam and aluminum splints in multiple sizes, two self-adherent elastic wraps, and a reflective high-visibility storage pouch. Each splint features a lightweight aluminum alloy core sandwiched between two layers of waterproof closed-cell foam. The splints can be easily molded to fit arms, wrists, ankles, legs, fingers, and other injuries, then secured with the included self-adherent wraps. Unlike rigid splints, roll splints can be cut to size using trauma shears or scissors and reshaped as needed. Their radiolucent construction allows X-rays to be performed without removing the splint, reducing patient discomfort and minimizing movement during treatment.

Unlike traditional rolled splints, Lightning X splints are folded flat for compact storage, making them ideal for trauma bags, first aid kits, ambulances, rescue vehicles, and emergency response packs.
