QuikClot 3″ x 4 yd Z-Fold Hemostatic Gauze Dressing

The gauze is folded in an accordion Z-pattern inside the pouch so it feeds out in one clean, continuous strip. That lets you pack a wound fast and one-handed under stress, without the roll tangling or dropping on the ground.

It is a 3-inch by 4-yard (144 inch) strip. The extra length lets you pack a deep or large wound completely, or treat more than one bleeding site, from a single dressing rather than opening several shorter ones.

Kaolin is an inorganic, inert mineral that activates the body’s clotting cascade on contact, accelerating natural coagulation. It produces no heat and no exothermic reaction, so it works without burning tissue, and the soft gauze conforms to the wound.
