The Lightning X LXMB60-TPU High Visibility Tactical Medical Oxygen Backpack is a professional ALS backpack designed for paramedics, EMTs, firefighters, tactical medics, and rescue personnel. Built from high-visibility fluorescent yellow TPU fabric, it combines large-capacity medical storage with integrated oxygen cylinder transport while supporting modern infection-control protocols.

The fluid-resistant, wipe-clean TPU construction helps protect against blood, bodily fluids, moisture, and harsh environmental conditions. A reinforced Hypalon TPU front panel and bottom increase durability, while raised luggage rails help keep the bag off wet or contaminated surfaces. Both interior and exterior surfaces can be quickly cleaned and disinfected between calls.

The fully modular main compartment features six removable color-coded pouches and a removable oxygen cylinder sleeve secured to a hook-and-loop mounting panel. A dedicated top access pocket allows responders to adjust oxygen regulators without opening the main compartment when carrying D or Jumbo D cylinders. Multiple zippered compartments, elastic organizers, and tool loops provide organized storage for airway supplies, trauma equipment, medications, and diagnostic tools.

Designed for comfort during extended operations, the LXMB60 includes contoured yoke shoulder straps, an integrated waist belt, and an ergonomic carrying system to help distribute weight. Laser-cut MOLLE panels on the front and sides allow for additional customization with pouches and accessories.
