The Lightning X MB60FY-SKC is a professional-grade Advanced Life Support (ALS) kit that pairs the rugged LXMB60-TPU backpack with over 250 essential first aid, trauma, and emergency medical supplies. Designed for paramedics, EMTs, firefighters, and rescue personnel, it combines modular organization, durable construction, and fluid-resistant materials in one ready-to-deploy response system, equipped for CPR, airway management, bleeding control, wound care, burns, fractures, and patient assessment.

The included LXMB60-TPU backpack is built from durable, fluid-resistant, wipe-clean TPU fabric that helps protect against blood, bodily fluids, moisture, and harsh field conditions. Reinforced Hypalon panels on the front and bottom add abrasion resistance, and raised protective rails help keep the bag off wet or uneven surfaces. The fluorescent yellow exterior boosts visibility on scene and makes dirt and debris easy to spot during cleaning. The fully modular interior uses a hook-and-loop back panel so you can arrange six color-coded pouches and the removable oxygen cylinder sleeve to fit the call, with 10 zippered compartments, 8 elastic compartments, tool loops, a top-access regulator pocket, and a laser-cut MOLLE front panel.

The bag is O2-ready: a removable sleeve accommodates a D or Jumbo D oxygen cylinder, and a dedicated top-access pocket reaches the regulator without opening the main compartment. When oxygen is not needed, remove the sleeve to free up space. This SKC kit does not include an oxygen cylinder or regulator; choose the MB60FY-SKD if you need a complete oxygen setup.
