Lightning X Intermediate Trauma Bag w/ Fill Kit C
The MB35 is a premium mid-sized ALS trauma bag, meaning it will hold virtually all of the medical supplies needed for a trauma call, less the oxygen bottle. The MB35 is heavily reinforced from top to bottom so it will withstand years of abuse. It also features multiple pockets, pouches, loops and compartments – including four removable color-coded zippered pouches for quick access to high priority items. The main hold also includes six removable foam dividers that can be customized along with the colored pouches – or removed completely to suit the users’ needs. Multiple points of hi-vis reflective around the bag ensures that it remains visible on-scene. Overall Dimensions: 20″(L) x 14″(W) x 9″(H) –

You may want to look at the LXMB35-SKF kit or one of the SKM kits. They come with more QuikClot than the SKC kit does. Although both come with a tourniquet and lots of bandaging, the F and M kits have more hemorrhage supplies. Â
Is there a shoulder sling that comes with it? Or do I buy that separately? Also does it or will it come in red?

Yes it comes with a shoulder strap. We are planning on adding red in the future, but it will be a few months until those are ready.Â

The fill kit for this is LXSMK-C (only the supplies, no bag)
When I order this bag. I do not want some things that come in it, can I just list the stuff I don’t what . But maybe get extra stuff that is included. —Like for instance I don’t need the pressure cuff. But maybe get a extra burn spray or gauzes , just for a example

I’m a family medicine doc in Hawaii and this bag is great. We are often in areas where medical care takes 1/2hr or longer and having this sturdy, nicely organized bag is really helpful. I can fit most of what is needed for caring for people/ incl added suture supplies, epipen, some various medications,otoscope/ophthalmoscope, and o2 sat. The tweezers are plastic silly ones that you’ll want to substitute. Everything about this product and the company is great. ,

I’m an EMT in NJ and needed something for my car and this great bag has everything I’d want to have short of an 02 bottle. You can customize all the different areas in how you want things stored and the bag itself feels very durable. Shipping was 2 days even with the plague going around and I’m going to use this company over Amazon from now on.

So I ordered this kit as a “starter” medical kit and personally, I am very happy with it! A great way to start medically prepping for most situations. We live rurally and I have always talked myself out of ordering a good kit based on pricing, but finally committed to this one. Once we received it and were happy with it, I then ordered a separate backpack kit and a secondary empty backpack for general preparedness. During these times (as in COVID-19), I would highly reccomend this company. They were efficient at filling our order and sent what they promised, even though I am sure they are overwhlemed!
