Built around our upgraded MB25 trauma bag platform, this fully stocked first responder kit includes over 240 BLS medical supplies while still leaving room for advanced trauma gear such as tourniquets, chest seals, Israeli bandages, and hemostatic gauze. The included LXMB25 trauma bag features a larger footprint than our popular MB20 EMT bag and offers fully zippered storage from front to back and top to bottom for rapid equipment access. Inside, the bag includes one spacious main compartment, multiple foam-divider sections, a hidden zippered compartment under the top flap, and over 40 elastic tool loops to securely organize trauma shears, airway equipment, diagnostic tools, bandages, and medical instruments. High-visibility reflective trim, reflective ballistic nylon zipper pulls, and triple-trim yellow/silver reflective webbing improve visibility during low-light emergencies, while the rear laser-cut MOLLE panel with hook & loop backing allows attachment of tools, ID panels, and additional accessories.
