The Modular ALS Bag is an excellent size and layout for EMS agencies. It features a zippered compartment that holds one D sized oxygen cylinder including regulator that allows easy access to the cylinder without having to remove it from the bag or even open the main compartment. The main hold has removable modular dividers that can be arranged in any order to fit the users’ needs. Also included are four color coded quick-grab pouches with a transparent window for often used items. On top of the oxygen cylinder compartment is a foam divider sleeve that can be used for further organization or removed completely to allow top access to the oxygen cylinder. Four outside compartments, one mesh flap pocket and elastic airway loops complete the storage features of this bag. Other design and safety features include:
Diamond embossed PVC/nylon reinforcement cover the entire bottom of the bag and extend up 3″ on all sides of the bag. This material protects against abrasion, adds water resistance and prevents foreign fluids from leaking into the bag
All sides feature lime yellow/silver triple trim reflective tape with leather binding reinforcement for safety and visibility
Medical Star of Life logo on top flap is made of silver reflective material outlined in detailed embroidery
Extra large, heavy duty two way zippers can be locked for logistical and security purposes
Removable ergonomic shoulder strap is padded and secured with two steel US hooks
Removable cylinder pad
Quick grab handle is reinforced with bar tacs and rivets; includes rubber grip pad for added comfort
Made of heavy duty nylon with polyurethane coating for water and mildew resistance
Overall dimensions: 24″(L) x 15″(W) x 10″(H)

Received my bag yesterday. I haven’t put it into service yet, but I did check it out. Well built, and seems like it’s good quality. The name and logo I paid extra to put on look SHARP. Very nice quality, and very pleased with making that upgrade. The existing reflective star of life is nice too.

Quality built bag! This bag is made with heavy duty fabric, has smooth zippers, and the rubberized bottom/sides is so much appreciated especially when doing EMS work in wet conditions.

This bag is a great asset to me as a rural volunteer EMT who at times arrives on scene POV before ambulance arrival. Well laid out a bag, with plenty of room for BLS supplies.

LXMB65-Red.
I am a home birth midwife and along with a few of the other midwives in our community, this is the main bag we carry. Even with everything stocked, including a D tank there’s still room for two 1000ml LR in the roomy outside pocket.
One of the midwives also carries the LXMB50 and I also bring along a LXMB30- also in red, as an extra supplies bag. These bags are excellent in all the ways that this bag is in regards to durability and sturdiness, but the structured frame of this bag is probably my favorite feature.

Originally purchased the LXMB50 but did not realize it did not have the opening in the side for the oxygen bottle access. Returned and purchased the LXMB65. It was smaller than the LXMB50 but a really nice bag. I keep this bag in my POV and so far I am impressed with the design and amount of items packed in it.

Looked for a way to carry O2 bottle along with airway and trauma equipment. Bag is not bulky to carry yet has plenty of room for what I need with room for more. Well constructed, easily customizable to my needs and overall a great bag. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

I have carried 2 bags (trauma & O2) for many years. Finally decided to consolidate and I went with the LXMB65-Blue. Not as bulky as some competitors and still able to fit all my supplies. As you see in the pics, I used 3 of the 4 pouches since I previously had one for my cuff & stethoscope. Appears to constructed well and should be able to clean easily. Well done!!!

We have used this as our medical response bag at our police department for one year now and we love it. Even through the harsh winters with snow, ice and road salt, this bag has held together. It is well built, customizable and easy to clean! I would strongly recommend this bag to anyone. Awesome product.
