We're sorry that you're having trouble with your gear bag and want to make this process as easy as possible. We'll just need you to answer a few questions and we'll have your repair order or replacement on its way. Your Lightning X gear bag will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you except for shipping, handling and applicable taxes. Gearbags.com and Lightning X Products gear bag products are warranted against defects in manufacturing, material, or workmanship under normal use and service for their applicable Warranty Periods, subject to conditions contained in this limited warranty. This does not include normal wear and tear, misuse or alteration by the end user. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Gearbags.com, Lightning X Products - through one of our online channels - or through an authorized dealer of Lightning X Products, Inc.

The following warranty period applies to gear bag products:

Product Type	Warranty Period
Firefighter & Rescue Bags (LXFB & LXRB)	Reasonable service life of the product, which is two (2) years from the original date of purchase
Medical & Trauma Bags (LXMB)	Reasonable service life of the product, which is four (4) years from the original date of purchase
Police & Tactical Bags (LXPB)	Reasonable service life of the product, which is four (4) years from the original date of purchase
