Premium tactical backpack w/ modular pouches & hydration port. The LXMB45 Modular Tactical Medic Backpack is the culmination of two years of research, design and customer feedback by Lightning X for a practical and useful EMS bag for the tactical market. Far too often, tactical medics are forced to buy a military bag with no EMS features, or an EMS bag with no tactical features. Now you can have the best of both worlds, with a well organized and great looking bag all-in-one. The MB45 comes with four color coded grab-n-go pouches with transparent windows, which are completely removable or interchangeable within the main compartment. Taking advantage of every available inch of space for organization has allowed us to design a very slim and streamlined bag that will not hinder your movement, and even completely loaded will not sag or slip down your back. The front of the bag has two pockets – one upper and one lower, along with a quick access shove pouch with adjustable retention straps. On the rear of the backpack we’ve added two shoulder pads and a lumbar pad, each covered in 210 denier nylon to prevent accumulation of sweat and odor. The lumbar pad has a hidden compartment behind it for storing personal effects, or even paperwork. The front, sides, waist and shoulder straps are covered in modular webbing (MOLLE) loops, including a completely adjustable chest strap, radio mic loops and two D-rings. All exterior zippers have web pulls for easy operation with a gloved hand. Finally, each padded shoulder strap is completely adjustable and includes a quick-release buckle for safety in emergency situations. Comes complete with a limited lifetime warranty from Lightning X Products.

The MB45 isn't designed to store an oxygen cylinder. Because of the removable pouches, there's nothing to secure the cylinder in place.

Will the cervical collar from the medical kit (C) fit inside the LXMB45-Backpack around the outer rim and still allow the main zipper to close properly?

Yes, we recommend wrapping the collar around the foam dividers at the bottom of the main compartment.

See attached picture. The MB45 has several different mounting options to accommodate pretty much any type of hydration bladder. There are ports on the top for the hose to come through, and webbing loops on both straps to hold the hose on either the left or the right side.

Love this bag! Holds everything I need including a c-collar and BVM, without any extra MOLLE pouches. I’m small but I have it perfectly adjusted for me and have carried it comfortably for miles without a problem! I’ve hauled it through snow and left it on ice and not a thing has gotten wet. Very convenient for keeping at a moments notice either at work or at home. A+

I’ve never found a bag of this quality, with as much organization options as this bag for under a hundred bucks. Being able to buy this bag so affordably leaves plenty of money in your pocket to trick it out with whatever you want. I bought one for my store to display and it sold the same day. Now I’m ordering another one to replace my own get home bag. Keep up the great work guys.

Love my MB45 backpack. I use it for camping plus first aid supplies. The removable pouches are helpful. Plus I added an IFAK pouch to the front using the MOLLE loops.
