For life-threatening limb hemorrhage use a dedicated tourniquet; use the pressure bandage for wound dressing and direct pressure.

      Does your version have the feature that keeps the bandage from "unrolling" if it is dropped while applying the bandage. Some newer versions have a small thread that holds the roll together and breaks as you unroll the bandage and preventing it from "unrolling" if dropped.
