Q In Shreveport, Louisiana where can I get oxygen tank filled? answer nowAsked by Bobby on July 26, 2020 5:31 pmAnswered by the admin
Laws vary from state to state. Some states require a prescription if you aren't an EMT or first responder. Many welding supply stores will fill them. Alternatively, you can take the bottle to your local fire department or EMS squad and exchange it with them for a filled one.Â

Q Does this regulator have a setting for 1.5 cfm answer nowAsked by Arturo Gallegos on June 26, 2020 4:55 amAnswered by the admin
The regulator measures in liters per minute
The regulator was just purchased thru Amazon. The instructions are simple and have been followed to a tee, However there is no airflow at all. Is there something I'm missing or any advice for getting it to work? The air tank is brand new as well.

Hi David,
Regarding your question about the regulator: If the tank is turned on (and has been filled) and the flow rate of the regulator is turned to something other than "zero", then there should be nothing preventing the air from flowing through the barb. If the tank is brand new, please ensure that you removed any plastic plugs covering the opening on the stem. Please contact us directly if you have any further questions.Â

This is a great regulator! It is a sturdy design and I like the rubberized coating around the oxygen level gauge which makes me feel like it isn’t going to break if the tank falls over in the ambulance.
