Lightning X Medium First Responder EMT Bag
Be prepared with the original and best, Lightning X gear bags and packs. Our MB25 trauma bag is designed similarly to it’s sister bag, the MB20 small first responder bag, but with a slightly larger footprint and fully zippered compartments from front to back and top to bottom. It features one large main zippered hold, and 6 smaller compartments – including 3 foam divider compartments, and hidden zippered access to the inside of the top flap – perfect for larger items like multi-trauma dressings, ABD pads and 4″ x 4″ gauze sponges that maybe too bulky for the other pockets. This first aid bag also includes premium, high visibility reflective trim throughout, as well as ballistic nylon zipper pulls with yellow/silver triple trim reflective webbing stitched onto both sides – ensuring your bag is visible on the scene of an emergency. On the rear of the bag is a 9″ x 5″ laser cut MOLLE patch, covered in hook & loop material, which can be used for storing tools, displaying morale patches, or even add one of our custom embroidered name patches. Finally, to accommodate the various tools needed for EMS calls, the MB25 is equipped with 44 different elastic tool loops, in varying sizes, to keep all of your go-to equipment quickly and easily accessible for a medical emergency. Overall, the LXMB25 Medium EMT Jump Bag measures 18″ x 9″ x 12″, and includes a limited lifetime warranty from Lightning X Products.

Good bag but much smaller than I expected. Too small for my personal EMT jump bag by a fair margin. I’ll be returning it and getting the Large.

I bought 2 bags and one of the stock kits for our church medical team. We have 1800 attendees for 4 services each weekend. I added these bags to another we had built independently. It was convenient and so much nicer doing the setup this way.
Our team consists of RNs who provide acute services for falls, and treat-transport medical issues of the church. We feel these bags are of really good quality and will serve the church well with minimal need for additional supplies other than dressing refills. We do need to buy 2 blood pressure cuffs and stethoscopes to complete the gear but that is minimal for an initial setup. We really liked the way the supplies were kitted for the initial loading. The bags are strong and easily visible for grab n go by the team.

High quality bag. I’m using this as a “first-in” EMT-B bag. I’m on a volunteer service and am often the first EMS responder on scene, sometimes five or ten minutes before the ambulance arrives.
So far I’m very impressed with the bag, the construction and materials are of high quality. I went a little overboard (depends on who you ask) on supplies, but it comfortably fits everything I’ve loaded.
I have a bvm, opa/npa’s, cpr mask, tourniquet, two BP cuffs, stethoscope, spo2 monitor, splints, wraps, bandages, gauze, aspirin, sheers, lights, pens, a knife, and other random first aid supplies. The bag is full, but it all fit comfortably.
I would recommend this bag to all first responders who want to carry a personal first-in bag with them.

Originally we had purchased these bags to be in our patrol cars as emergency trauma kits, but we found them to be a little bigger than we needed. Since there was extra room, we’ve added more medical supplies so we can treat it as a ‘general’ medical bag. Too much room is better than too little room. The bag is well-sewn and looks like it’ll hold up well for its intended use.
