Lightning X Stocked EMS/EMT Bleeding Control Assault Backpack + Kit + Pouches
THE BAG: The LXPB89 is a compact backpack featuring four main exterior compartments plus a quick access velcro compartment behind the lumbar panel. The front, sides and bottom feature modular (MOLLE) loops for attaching extra pouches or hanging gear. The back of the main compartment includes a zippered pouch designed to hold a hydration pouch, with ports on the top to access the drinking tube. The shoulder straps are completely adjustable from all points to accommodate different body types and also feature a chest strap, and webbing loops to hold a drinking tube. This kit includes four (4) zippered, color-coded storage pouches for organizing your medical supplies within the backpack, along with numerous medical supplies. Just ordered and received this kit, fast shipping. I selected the multicam color – looks great. This is my first real medical kit, previous kits were just the $20 first aid kits from big box stores and I wanted something more substantial for family field activities. Very impressive main bag, heavy duty. The 4 small pouches fit nicely inside and help with organization. All the medical gear is quality. With my kit, the main BAG IS PACKED TIGHT, little to no room for extras. Fearing things might break or bend (like the stethoscope). I did order some extras from Lightning X and other suppliers to customize for my usage. Wish there was a guide or video showing how to properly organize and pack this set-up. Other than that, this and excellent kit and value for the $$$.

This entire kit is extremely impressive, the bag and the contents are all great quality and they pack up nicely, with some room to add extra stuff for a personal touch. I’ve personally made several purchases from gear bags and I will admit I was hesitant on my first purchase because the price really did seem a little to good to be true for the gear that was promised since that first purchase I have been and will continue to be a return customer without hesitation.
