Lightning X medical fill kits offer various supplies related to the emergency responder sector of the medical field. We offer unique fill kits that are tailored to meet the demands of any situation varying from basic first aid to advanced life support trained paramedics. Each of these kits can be purchased as a stand-alone kit or added to any Lightning X medical bag. We have designed the contents of each of these kits after hours of research and feedback from our customers and professional EMS personnel in the field. Every one of our medical fill kits are assembled in house by our friendly staff, including many current and former first responders. In the event that one of these kits do not meet your requirements we would be happy to assemble a customized kit built to your exact specifications. We stock a variety of medical supplies that can be purchased separately or added to any custom kit. Just give us a call and let us know what kind of kit you need!

Laws vary by state. Typically you need either a prescription, or be an EMT. Alternately, you can usually just trade out the empty cylinder for a full one with your local fire department or ems squad.

How long can someone be on this tank at 2 liters/min, 4 liters/min? Where can you get one filled on a weekend for an emergency Angel flight?

Gary,

Oxygen cylinders don't have an expiration date, only a DOT certification date. All of our cylinders have a current DOT certification from Catalina Cylinders.

Does it come with a carry case. If not do you sale one for it?

I am extremely impressed with the quality and availability of this kit…especially during this Coronvirus pandemic! I have respiratory problems and so do several of my family members and friends,.
