The LXMBP4 consists of four color-coded zipper pouches with clear vinyl window for easing viewing. They can be added to any medical bag, from any brand. Each bag includes an interior pocket and webbing pull loop. The green bag, ideally used for airway items, also features elastic loops for OPA’s or nasal airways. Great for mutual aid calls where those assisting may not know the arrangement of your medical bags; just tell them what color bag to give you. This is a set of 4 pouches – Red, Blue, Green and Yellow. Includes a limited lifetime warranty from Lightning X Products.

As a Tac/K9 Medic, I need to see things in low light or no light at all. With these bags, you can us infrared and see all the equipment you have available and don’t have to use night goggles for it. Because of the colors, you organize them as you need to and find it fast. The construction of them is awesome. I do recommend them 100%. Compared with other brands, the cost and shipping were far from great (exceptional). Going to buy another set to make an EMS pack for my family. Keep up the good work and craftmanship guys.

These replacement bags are great for keeping extra organized, and adding more things to a bag. the green pouch perfectly fits OPA’s and NPA’s. the red pouch fits twin pack of hyfin chest seals perfectly. and the colors are nice, not too bright and not too dark. the zippers work nicely. the only thing i did was added the reflective pull tabs and carabiners for easier grabbing from my gear bag.
